Shipping & Packaging
All of my artworks are professionally packaged and shipped by a UPS shipment center. To give you the most fair price for shipping your artwork, the best way to calculate shipping is to give you a specific quote to your address.

If you live within a days drive of Bozeman, please contact me as I may be able to have your work delivered by a colleague for much less than traditional shipping!

Refunds & Returns
All artworks are shipped via UPS ground and are fully insured. If the box is obviously damaged, take photos/video and contact me immediately.

Upon delivery of your art, an "unboxing" video and/or taking photos as you unpackage it can be helpful if there is damage from shipping. If there is damage on the inside on the actual artwork, good documentation is necessary in order to file a claim.

If you decide you do not like your work of art, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping charges and a $50 restocking/minor repairs fee. Buyer is responsible for professional packaging and shipping through either UPS or FedEx with full shipping insurance.

Damaged works will not be accepted for return. Items with defects in construction will be considered for refund/replacement. Occasionally a small piece may come loose from shipping. Not to worry. I will advise on gluing techniques to reapply it correctly.

Custom made artworks are refundable at my discretion.
